The person who trusts in the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ cannot give up on following God because they are no longer afraid, no longer weak, and no longer false. Once we trust God’s gospel we are changed by his Holy Spirit, and we desire to be more like him. Therefore, we cannot give up!
