John 3:1-15: Born Again
October 8, 2021
TODAY'S BIBLE READING:
Jeremiah 16-18, Ecclesiastes 6, John 3:1-15, James 4:1-10
Note: As we go through John’s Gospel together over the next few weeks, I refer you to the broadcasts from the Gospel of John which will provide more commentary on the passage. Here are links to the two sermons related to today’s passage: Born Again, Part 1, and Born Again, Part 2.
Take, then, and read this section of John, and this morning simply reflect on the following bullet points:
- What does it mean to be “born again”?
- Why is that we must be “born again” to see the kingdom of God?
- Why must we look at / believe in Jesus as he is lifted up on the cross in order that we may have eternal life?
- Have you been born again?
